Having trained as a lean master with Honeywell Inc and with over 25 years of experience in the deployment of lean programmes, John has extensive knowledge and understanding of lean deployment principles and change management. John also has the ability to lead, coach, and develop the capabilities of employees at all levels in organisations within the Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Transportation and Construction sectors resulting in major improvements to business performance.

Tony worked for Toyota where he was one of the first of a very small group of people, specifically trained in the implementation of Lean business systems - skills that have been deployed to the benefit of clients on a global basis.

Andy is an experienced business transformation specialist with a track record of addressing the fundamentals in complex and highly pressurised environments. He has over 25 years of leading business-wide change across a large variety of industries from aviation to retail to construction. Career highlights include commissioning a new facility and establishing the business improvement team within the Rotatives business unit for Rolls-Royce, supporting the Thames Tideway team achieve programme and leading several multi-national blue-chip businesses in their transformation journey to achieve enterprise excellence over multi-year programmes. He holds a fellowship in Manufacturing Management from Cranfield University.
