As we reflect on 2021, a key area that we can support is the positive discussion around Apprenticeships, and their positive impact on not only our business, but the whole built environment.
In June 2021, we had a new apprentice join us after completing their A-levels and have seen the individual grow in confidence and maturity, establishing their impact on the business. Having decided to complete an apprenticeship instead of the University route, they have achieved more in their first 6 months to astound their tutors.
Additionally, we have mature apprenticeships ongoing within the office and have seen 1 distinction this year with another qualification in progress.
Going into 2022, we will keep investing time and effort into apprenticeships having experienced the positive benefits first hand, and offer more opportunities locally.
