Last week we held our first “Construction to Production” masterclass with a group of Built Environment senior leaders from various organisations and what a success it was.

We teamed up with Toyota Engine plant Management Centre to explore their best practices through practical sessions and there were so many interesting insights which we can transition and develop upon.

Great discussions in the team’s around the deployment into the Built Environment, onsite and offsite, in companies and supply chains.

This was our first event since transitioning into BBI Services, which truly reflects how we aim to Build Business Improvement across the built environment by increasing performance and driving betterment.
